We supply custom kit to clubs, schools, universities and workplaces — playing kit, training tops, hoodies, polos, tracksuits and bags, decorated with your badge, sponsor logos and player names. Custom kit is made to order and quoted, so it is not sold through the website checkout.
What we decorate
- Sublimation — the design is printed into polyester rather than onto it, so it cannot crack, peel or fade. Best for full-colour playing kit and anything with complex patterns. Polyester only.
- Embroidery — the most durable and the most premium-looking. Ideal for club badges on polos, hoodies and jackets. Struggles with very fine detail and gradients.
- Vinyl and heat transfer — the most economical route at low volumes and the standard for names and squad numbers. Needs cool washing and no tumble drying to last.
Which one is right depends on the garment, the artwork and the quantity. We will tell you honestly when the cheaper method is the better method.
How an order runs
- Enquiry — tell us the sport, the garments, rough quantities and your deadline.
- Quote — priced per garment, with quantity breaks.
- Artwork — send us your badge and any sponsor logos in the highest quality file you have. Vector files reproduce best.
- Proof and sign-off — one named person signs off. Nothing is printed before that.
- Size set — for squads we strongly recommend a physical size set. Branded garment sizing varies enormously between manufacturers, and a printed garment cannot be returned or resold.
- Production and delivery — to the club, the school, or split into individual named bundles.
Lead times
Plan on several weeks from artwork approval, and considerably longer if you order in the pre-season rush between July and September. The garment is rarely the constraint — decoration capacity and blank stock are. Ordering in the spring for an autumn season is the single easiest way to avoid disappointment.
Looking after custom kit
Wash inside out, cool wash, no tumble dryer, and never iron directly onto a print. Tell the squad this on day one and the kit will look right at the end of the season instead of halfway through it.
